Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the MYNSIT website. Project-specific scope, pricing, delivery, revisions, and support terms will be documented in a separate agreement.

Quotes and payment

Website projects normally begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due before launch unless a signed proposal states otherwise. A quote is valid only for the scope, timeline, and revision allowance described in that quote.

Support plans

Care and Growth Care plans are recurring services with their own included limits and renewal terms. Third-party hosting, domains, payment providers, and software accounts remain subject to their respective providers' terms.

Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and must not attempt to disrupt it.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, and original materials belong to MYNSIT and may not be reproduced without permission.

Availability

We may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website without notice. Information presented here does not replace a signed project agreement.
